About Us

Allied Printing Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1946 as Allied Decals, Inc. In 2006, we changed our name and opened a new facility in Oakwood Village, Ohio dedicated to digital printing and specializing in large format flatbed digital printing. The advantages to our customers are varied and many.

Since no plates or screens are needed for this new technology, all art files are sent directly to the presses thus eliminating the need for expensive pre-press operations and preparatory charges.

We have the ability to Print-On-Demand only the quantities needed by our customers, with quick turnaround. In today's business climate, we understand that the customer may need it "yesterday", and we are willing to do whatever it takes to do just - with no overtime charges or hidden fees. We are a small business that understands that our survival is based on relationships that stand the test of time. We do not take our customers for granted, and we work on keeping their pricing low and their products to be of the highest standards.

Jobs can be run in minutes or hours instead of days or weeks. There is no need to print to a paper or vinyl material and then laminate to a rigid substrate since our equipment is state of the art and can print approximately 7' x 10' and up to 2" thick on a vast variety of materials including, but not limited to: vinyl, mylar, acrylic, styrene, corrugated plastic and corrugated paper, SBS, sintra, aluminum, glass and so on.

Die charges are expensive only to use them once or twice and then have the die blades become dull and have additional die charges, or have a dimension change and have to make an entirely new die. We cut with a modern router in which we can die cut or kiss cut vinyl and Mylar, and with only the change of a reusable cutting tool, we can cut acrylic, plastics and other materials up to 1.25" thick. We can cut irregular shapes, circles, squares, drill holes, score, make butterfly hang holes and so forth with absolutely no need for dies or die charges.

If you need a small quantity of prototypes or would you like to see an actual sample prior to producing a larger quantity, no problem. This is where our equipment really shines it brightest. We can supply you your prototype or press proof exactly as you would receive in the production run, including cutting, scoring, or laminating.
